Blacksand Ne'er-Do-Wells

Port Blacksand is famous for two things, complete anarchy and the first human Blood Bowl team in the NQNA. Blacksand recruited they players straight from its prison. Since Port Blacksand has no actual laws or real city watch, you can only imagine the types of people who actually get locked up. The Ne'er-Do-Wells have always been a contender for the Blood Bowl but never quite good enough to make it to the big game. Many believe their time is coming.
